The Health Literacy Education Workshop aims to enhance knowledge and skills of health literacy principles among healthcare providers in order to improve the patients’ health outcomes. The workshop is accredited with 6 CPD points. The workshop covers different topics such as: health literacy, learning barriers, patient and family education, patient engagement, medication adherence, teach-back method and documentation.
