The course focuses on the rapid identification and management of critically ill or injured children using a structured, systematic approach to assessment and intervention.
ENPC combines self-paced learning with interactive classroom instruction, case-based discussions, and high-fidelity simulation to bridge the gap between theory and clinical practice. It emphasizes the use of the Pediatric Assessment Triangle (PAT), prioritization of care, and timely, evidence-based interventions for a wide range of pediatric emergencies, including respiratory distress, shock, trauma and altered mental status.
By standardizing pediatric emergency care education, ENPC supports improved patient safety, enhanced clinical competence, and better outcomes for children and families.
